Nourish
Ruth · Gut health & nutrition
Understand the relationship between your gut, nutrition and how you feel, without food rules, judgement or pressure to be perfect.
An invitation-only BREAKFREE experience
Three luxurious nights to nourish your body, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.
A different kind of January
This is three nights where you do not have to cook, organise or hold everything together. You arrive. You exhale. You let yourself be looked after.
BREAKFREE is a spacious, carefully designed retreat combining luxury, meaningful coaching, expert-led experiences and the kind of rest that everyday life rarely gives you.
It is not a packed timetable. There is time to learn, reflect, talk, laugh, enjoy the mansion and simply be by yourself.
Your private home for the weekend
We will have exclusive use of this restored country mansion, set within 17 acres on the edge of the Lake District National Park.
The mansion
Restored period rooms, peaceful grounds and spaces designed for gathering, dining and switching off.
